Mikkel & Crystal's Wedding

So Mikkel & Crystal tied the knot! It was a cloudy and rainy day very similar to their engagement picture day, so our outdoor pictures were very limited :( But, we still had fun and the entire bridal party were great sports. I couldn't stop crying during her father/daughter dance with her dad. He had his eyes closed the whole time and was holding her so tight and close to him. It was very touching... I'm getting all misty again, so let's just start the slideshow :)

Bernardo & Erika

I met Erika last spring at a bridal fair where she hired us as her wedding photographers. Bernardo was deployed so I wasn't able to meet him until three days before the wedding. We needed to work long distance since Erika was in California and Bernardo, Bernie for short, was transferred to Hawaii recently. We've become pros at working with people long distance! Well, Erika and Bernardo met 4 years ago while Erika was a server at Village Inn and Bernie was a "sarcastic and rude customer". He came back the following day and made up for it and the two quickly fell in love. They are such a great match together. Bernie loves to make Erika laugh and they both just have the best time with each other! We had so much fun on their engagement shoot. Since they live out of town we did their engagement pictures a couple of days before the wedding day. Check back for their wedding pics! Here is their engagement slideshow...

Josh & Yvonne

Josh and Yvonne are a great couple! Yvonne I've known for many years and I'm so glad that she trusted me enough to hire us for their wedding in February. She found in Josh someone who could be her partner in life and I'm so happy she did. She has been a great friend and confidant and now she has found her prince charming. So I fell behind on the blog again, but I had a good reason...I actually had many, many, many good reasons! I'll keep posting all my reasons and you can just see them for yourselves :) But go ahead and view the ones I've posted so far. I have more coming. I really appreciate you checking in on us every now and again! I really, really do!!

Patrick & Cyndi's Wedding

You may remember Patrick and Cyndi as one of our engaged couples from this summer. They are originally from El Paso but relocated to Phoenix. Their wedding was so beautiful and they were both glowing that day. I hope for them, as I do with all the couples we meet, that they will always be as happy together as they are on their wedding day. Oh and you may recognize one of our other couples in the bridal party ;)

Mikkel & Crystal are a cute young couple who were friends for a few years before deciding to become an item and get engaged. Mikkel is a little more on the reserved side and Crystal is very outgoing, but the two of them together are the perfect complement to each other. They are two very wonderful individuals, but even MORE amazing as a couple!

Gilbert & Jessica

Jessica was the maid of honor at a wedding we recently did and Gilbert was also part of the bridal party. After seeing the work we did on that day and thereafter, they chose to trust us with their special day. We started off with their engagement session as we do with most of our couples. They wanted theirs done in Phoenix so that's where we went! They took us all over the metroplex and took in the amazing scenery. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with this fun-loving couple and look forward to their wedding day! Jessica really loved the song, take my "Take My Breath Away" by Berlin, and so we used that for her and Gilbert's portraits :)
